Harvy is part of the S.T.A. he is in charge of supplying the team with guns, ammo, and health packs.
History[]
Harvy graduated from school and went into the army; there he learned a lot about guns and melee weapons. After leaving the army he was tutored by Mike Panery, a Russian merchant, and in return Harvy taught him about guns and melee weapons. Not long after tutoring, Harvy received a letter asking him to join the S.T.A. He accepted.
